This job in Norwich in Norfolk came about when a homeowner reached out after spotting some of our past work around the area. Their problem? Next we rolled on an acrylic bonding agent. Think of it like a primer but with extra grip—it’s got small aggregates that create a rough texture for the new render to cling to. We applied it carefully across the walls, using a mix of rollers, brushes, and spray machines to ensure every inch was covered.

With the prep sorted, we moved on to the main event: the K-Rend silicone render system. K-Rend is made to last, and to achieve its long lasting effects, we start with a reinforced 6mm basecoat to prevent cracking, then, after smoothing a second 4mm layer, we primed it all and applied the topcoat in a crisp Limestone White finish. The result? A sleek, modern exterior that’s as low-maintenance as it gets. The homeowner was over the moon—no more peeling paint, just a fresh look that’ll stand up to the elements for years to come.
