This job in Swanton Morley in Norfolk came about when a self-builder reached out after spotting some of our past work around that area of Norfolk. Their requirements? a New Eco-Build requiring an external wall insulation wrap & full Coloured Silcone Render Solution.

With the initiual meeting sorted, we got on site prepped up and we started to build up ther layers for the external wall insulation and then we moved on to the main event: the K-Rend silicone render system.

K-Rend is made to last, and to achieve its long lasting effects, we start with a reinforced 6mm basecoat to prevent cracking, then, after smoothing a second 4mm layer, we primed it all and applied the topcoat in a crisp Limestone White finish.

The result? A sleek, super-modern exterior that’s as low-maintenance as it gets. The self builder was over the moon— a fresh look that’ll stand up to the elements for years to come.
